Helping Eradicate Entrepreneurial Poverty
The Small Business Operating System is built around a 6-module development system, giving you the framework, tools and techniques imperative to get you and your business to a Position of Choice where you have built a semi-autonomous/autonomous business.
Too often, entrepreneurs are held hostage by their business. They carry the burden, live the risks and push through day in day out with the dream that one day this will all work out - when we get through this project, when we make this next big sale, when I can hire..... However, amidst the allure of entrepreneurial freedom, there lies a common pitfall – the trap of "One Day When." This perpetual postponement of aspirations, contingent upon the alignment of ideal conditions, often leaves us stranded in a state of perpetual anticipation. Without a plan, leadership, execution, resources, the elusive "one day" remains forever out of reach, relegating critical business decisions – such as strategic hires, technological advancements, or operational optimizations – to the back burner. Consequently, personal sacrifices, be it in the form of deferred vacations, compromised family time, or inadequate compensation, become the norm rather than the exception.
NOTE - Like anything in life, SBOS ONLY works if YOU work the system, do the exercises and take the time to keep working it. Do not let “One Day When” sink in. You will only get out of it, what you put into it. By working and applying the SBOS concepts, others have experienced:
Each module will be broken into individual Chapters. SBOS was written in a specific order, driving and building development of skills and layering upon concepts leading to the creation of a One Page Business Plan (OPBP). Although concepts have been designed to build on previous learning, the content can be referenced independently.
The Six Modules include:
The program includes continual and consistent feedback, live executive coaching and peer support enhancing the experience by working with others that truly understand what it is like to own/operate a business.
Entrepreneurs that spend 1-2 hours a day focusing on the tools/techniques included in this program and integrating them into their business will increased production, create a greater culture of accountability, increased profitability and a more positive outlook for their business and personal life.
There will never be the right time to do this and it will always be too late.
